http://www.hmotorsonline.com has a full b16 swap, I priced everything and it came out to be about $2100 shipped. Everything you need.
It is cheaper to buy everything at once because if you have to ship 3 freight boxes separately you're gona get raped by like $600 in shipping charges. You also get a cut on the linkage and mounts from hmotors if you buy the full swap.
