Default Rear Brake Swap

I got a 93 Civic Hatchback CX and i want to do a rear brake swap, iam wondering if rear brakes from a 99 or 00 Si will fit and what is everything i need......

do you know what tools are needed to take out the rear trailing arms with everything, got any pics, the link provided didn't work

18mm, and 14mm and a 10mm flare wrench and your good to go.
