Can anyone tell me how to remove factory mouldings on the outside of car

I have a 95cx, i live in canada and i can't find the info anywhere about how to remove the black mouldings from my car so i can get them painted. If anyone can give me a hand that would be great. Thanks.

you're going to mess it up, my suggestion is to take off the your door panels and side panels and pop the clips off, if you don't do it that way you will most likely break the moldings
