First time posting a pic, so if anyone can tell me how to resize image it will be great

 

you can resize it in any image editing software (i.e. photoshop)

You can resize in ms paint.

 

Thanx for the input guys but i dont have photoshop and what is ms paint? microsoft paint? If so what do I do to resize the image
