whats the easiest way to fix a vacuum leak?seal it!
if you have a vacuum leak between two mating parts, you need to remove the part, clean the mating surfaces, install a new gasket, then torque the fasteners to spec.
check your vacuum related hoses, make sure none have cracks in them,or none have fallen off their ports.
your problem also sounds like it could be a EACV/IACV problem-do a search for that, been covered 8.1 million times.
