Default LS 98-99 - Suspension Difference?

Hey everybody. I've seen a couple differing opinions on this, so I just wanted to see if anyone knew for certain. Does the '99 GS have a different suspension (closer to the GS-R) than the LS, or are the differences strictly cosmetic? Thanks...

Default Re: LS 98-99 - Suspension Difference? (Deeg)

RS, LS, GS, SE (AUTO TRANNY)
22mm front sway bar (94-99)
24mm front sway bar (00-01)
13mm rear sway bar

RS, LS, GS, SE (MANUAL TRANNY)
22mm front sway bar (94-99)
24mm front sway bar (00-01)
14mm rear sway bar

GS-R
24mm front sway bar
14mm rear sway bar
Front strut tower brace

Type R
24mm front sway bar
22mm rear sway bar
Front strut tower brace
Rear trunk brace
Rear subframe brace

All springs/struts/LCAs are the same, excluding the Type R's.

So to answer your question, if it has a manual tranny, the rear sway bar will be 1mm thicker.....that's all.
