I cant get the 4 rubber seals off the valve cover, they are like glued/stuck/frozen on there. Any ideas how to get it off?

i already tried ripping them off with needle nose pliers, tried prying them out with flat head screwdrivers, no luck.
if you look closely you can see some rubber kind of torn from me yanking on it with the pliers

Don't buy a propane torch, you can heat it up with a heat gun, or even a hair dryer, and use a small flat head to dig them out.

It's like a powerful hair dryer, gets super hot. If you don't have one, try the hair dryer, get one of the seals heated up, and then try prying it out.

you can get a heat gun at a hardware store, it is commonly used for paint stripping. But i would try the hairdryer first, but i can't imagine they should even take that much, weird.

I had the same problem on my 93 civic ex. I just used some PB blaster, it's a heavy duty penetrating catalyst (similar to wd-40). Let it soak for a few minutes and then just yank the hell out of them with the needle nose, but be careful not to scratch or bend the spark plug chambers too much. You can buy PB blaster pretty much anywhere you can find WD-40. Pep boys would probably be your best bet.
I replace those seals all the time I just use my seal puller and they pop right out. The outside of the seal is a thin piece of metal that is pretty much pressed in the valve cover in a SOHC cover, that is what you want to get your seal puller under to pry them out. Sometimes they are easy to pop out and sometimes they can be a pain in the ***. Then to install I use the correct size socket and a hammer with just a very very light film of oil on the outside of the seal to press them back in.
