Default Guidence step by step?

Hey, Even though i have a zc engine laying around with no paper works. I decide not to put it in. Don't know where it came from. I will put my own money into getting one. But seeing that hmotorsonline got me confused with their motors. I was wondering if anyone could guild me step by step on getting a complete motor + tranny for a swap. I'm looking forward to doing a ZC DOHC Swap. Can anyone list steps on how to do it? I'm very young and noobies minded.

I forgot to mention this will be a daily driven car and it's a 90 crx hf. I have two options for a engine swap. I got these off hmotorsonline.com and these are the two engines that i have questions about.

option one: D15B 130Hp 92-95 Civic VTi (JDM) SOHC VTEC Longblock
- Motor
- Intake Manifold
- Exhaust Manifold
- Injectors
- Fuel Rail
- Throttle body
- Alternator
- Distributor
-SOld Out As of 12/02/04 5 Speed Hydro Tranny (add $150)

Questions about this motor. How much is the Torque? Will it bolt into a 90 crx hf? Does it come with cable trannY?

option two: ZC 88-91 (Civic) 129Hp 106Trq 9.6 Compression(JDM) DOHC Long Block
- Motor
- Intake Manifold
- Exhaust Manifold
- Injectors
- Fuel Rail
- Throttle body
- Alternator
- Distributor
-5 Speed Cable Zc Tranny (add $100)

If i was to get the zc motor and since it's already a mpfi i believe? What other stuff would i need?

What does that mean? Do you have a zc engine? If so use that one if its good, do a compression check if you are not sure if its good. Also if you use a ZC motor get an 88-89 Integra ECU or a 88-91 Civic/Crx SI ECU.

Is there a way to do a compression test if the motor isn't in the car?
But back to your questions...
You would need DX or SI hubs from a 90-91 Civic/CRX. The axles spline count is different so you need to change that out.

You can do a compression test by hooking up a tranny and starter and jumping the starter with a battery. I have been told though that the compression will be off because the engine is cold.
