I put new brake pads on and on one of the back wheels, when I spin it, there is one part that you hear a slight rubbing sound. Should I be worried? Should I look into replacing the rotors right away, or just not worry about it until it's more serious?

Did you get the rotors turned? If it's not overly warped it can be fixed during the smoothing. Thats way cheaper than new ones.
