headers
what motor do you have??? if it is a d series then you don't have to cut the front x member. if it's a b series then your will have to cut the stock one, or you can get a modified front x member where it will allow the header to bolt on without any cutting.

no.
I have a DC 4-1 header. i just wacked the front cross member with a hammer and bent the tab down to make more room.
you could always buy a new crossmember that has made clearance for the larger headers on the market.
