I bought a '97 HX coupe this fall. It was converted from an auto, to a 5 spd. He said it had cost him about $650 and he got the tranny out of a '97 or '98 EX I believe. I hope that is some help.

The engine, tranny, shift linkage, the panel (for the interior of your car), some new mounts won't hurt. Through an new ecu in there too.
