Fan Problem, it stays on after car is off
Well guys I have a lil problem with my fan. It stared happening out the blues. When I turn my car off the fan stay on and it won't go off onless you unplug it. That's without overheading. Help
Sometimes if I run my car for awhile and it's really hot the fan will stay on for a little while after I shut the engine off to aid in cooling. Perhaps thats what yours is doing?

a lot of honda's do this, even if it wasn't overheating
but to run so long that it kills your battery? Either your battery sucks, or their is a short somewhere.

Depends on what year, they're not all wired up the same.
Most likely, there's a fan timer module. (In addition to the 2 fan relays.) Then it uses a 2nd fan switch to run after you turn off the key. Honda quit using this scheme about '93 or so...
Could be a bad timer module. Get your hands on a wiring drawing for your year. (& don't always believe what people say, unless you know what model/year they're talking about.)

I just found the problem and it was the Relay. I just send my brother to get the relay at autozone or advance auto part and he came back telling me that kneader one of them had my fan relay. He say its a dealer part. So I just call a Honda dealer that's 5 minutes and I ask the guy if he had the part and he toll me yes it cost $42.75 damn that's the price for a f**king relay.
Look on http://www.acuraparts247.com/sunnyside and you'll find it alot cheaper than your dealer.
