Default Best cams to use

I have a 1993 uk spec 2.2 vtec (h22a2) it has iceman intake, full s/s exhaust system and chiped ecu.

Im looking to fit cams but the enguine has 145,000 miles on it, which cams would be best im looking for a good power increase.

If needed i will replace springs/valves etc.

i have searched but still dont know which to use. Budget is an issues but if i have to save a little longer to get better cams etc i am prepared to wait.

whatever cams you like...all cams are different and will yeild different results, so you have to figure out what you want from your motor first

Well I'm trying not to just throw stuff at my set up and actually make all my parts work together. Of course, like all new people I got i/h/e before thinking about anything.
My setup is as follows:
'93 JDM h22a, 10.6 CR, 7400 rpm shiftpoint.
Fake j's racing short ram + K&N filter
EuroR Intake Manifold w/ Hondata IM gasket
AN-R h22/civic header
2.5" KTeller Exhaust... 1 22" resonator and mag. es oval muffler

All street tuned via uberdata.

Basically I've been thinking about rocket's regrinds for a little while now, but i don't want to just throw on a part and see if it works, I'd like to have some cam and flow principles behind the cam specs that I choose.

If anyone can make any suggestions or point me in the direction of a website that can explain it, I'd be very appreciative. Also, I know this may sound noob-ish, but please don't tell me to read a 500 page book. This will probably be my only project and if I can get by on the basics of cam knowledge i'd like too. I have enough learning to do in other fields.

Thanks again...

-Adam

p.s. I'm looking for best midrange power from 4500-7000, I'll be auto-x'ing and a little bit of hpde.

my original post where i got absolutely no responses....
