LOUISIANA money race @ NPR - 2/27/05
There’s going to be another IFO in Louisiana on Sunday, February 27th. We need help passing out flyers, so if anyone would like to make a little cash while helping the scene, please email your name and mailing address to HybridEntertainment78@yahoo.com. Promoters are given a number and get $2 for every flyer that comes in with their number on it. If 150 of your flyers come in, you’ll get $300! Spectators bring in the flyer because of the $2 off admission coupon.
Here’s the flyer…

I guess you are taken out the AllMotor guys completely. That sucks since i have an Allmotor car (street). Not really a class i can run in. Heads up
thats wierd...if you look at the track schedule it shows that Import show off is in march...the 20th to be exact

Yes, there are two Louisiana Races... guess I should have used a different title. Baton Rouge event is on Feb 27th at No Problem Raceway, Shreveport event is on March 20th at Red River Raceway.
All Motor class was taken out because of the lack of participation the last two years. Actually, there wasn't a single entry last year.

The one two above yours on http://www.fastestfwdstreetcars.com
We shall see what it can do. It will have a few more things done to it by the race.
You should run on slicks so your car doesn't spin man. You will get much better times.

Yeah, I have yet to put slicks on the car. I've had a hard time getting race gas. So, I've only had the chance to run it a couple times on 114. Better times are to come
I really want to try to make the race.
Back to my original question, at what point do they require cages?

I think that NHRA changed the rules for this season and you need a 5 point cage at 11.49 and faster.
Should I mention that my car ran that time on 93 octane pump gas, 205 BFGs, and after driving it everyday for over a year
. Damn I miss my car
. It sounds like it's being well taken care of so I can't complain

I believe IFO is about to use the same rules as NDRA does, which means you'll need a cage for 11.49 and quicker as well as a scatter shield for 11.99 and quicker.
