I went to start my 91 civic today and i can turn the key. the steering wheel wasnt locked when i tried it but now it is. I dont think its frozen because i'v been messing with it and put a flame to it. i took off the molding aroudn the ignition but i cant get one small screw out. any suggestions anyone.

So what exactly is the problem. the steering wheel wont move left and right? er the key wont turn all the way?
