steering wheels locked probably.
turn the wheel to the right hten turn the key.. if not, turn the wheel to the left then turn the key.. you have to do it just right..
it happens all the time. turning the wheel seems to take the stress off of the ignition or what ever the hell it is int here. just try it .. lol.

man, i would swear up and down its the stearing lock but, if you say it isnt then :S i guess it isnt..
If it isnt locked, and you cant get a key in it, then tun the wheel to the left all the way untill it locks.
Once it locks, let go of the wheel and it will rotate a little back to the right.
Then insert the key into the ignition and apply clockwise force on the key.
While doing so, turn the wheel back to the left to the locked position.
the key should slip and turn.
thats what works for me. my only other suggestoin, is come to charlotte nc, and I will fix it. / show you

i would think the steering wheel, although the easiest solution to his problem would be the least likely.
it could be anywhere from your ignition cylinder to your starter motor or solenoid
have you tried jump starting it?, is it a 5spd? roll start it.

Your key is wore out. Go to the Honda dealer and have them cut you a new key.

jiggle the key back and forth while pulling and pushing the key in and out of the lock slowly. That is what I have to do in my 89 HB.

I swear its not the steeringwheel lock seeing as though i cant even get the damn thing to actually lock. I can turn it as much as i want without the car on. it dosent lock.
Its not the key. its a spare that we are using.
