removing rear wiper on DC2 Integra?
I know how to take it off. What do I put in it's place? Is there a cap or something that I can put over the opening?
For example, what is this thing where the wiper was?

heres what i got and looks exactly like the picture posted.......... look underneath the hood underneath the battery.... there is a round rubber plug on the firewall that looks exactly like that.... just pop it out of the firewall, put a lil bit of silicone around the part that would touch the window and pop it in the window hole
..... alot of people do it this way ive had it in for over a year and never had leaks
although i have popped it out a couple times drying off my car but its easily put back in

i dont know why it works perfect for you, it fits horrible for me. without using silicon, if i blow on it hard enough, it would fall out. that's how loose it fits. in fact i have a bout three of them. didnt even use one...

I had one on my first integra and on my current one...the one i had on my first one, was the one off of eBay that has the allen screw in the middle of it. The one i have now, just goes in the hole...no allen screw to hold the top and bottom pieces together. I personally think the one with the allen screw is your best bet if you get one off of eBay b/c it wont come out unless you unscrew it, the one i have now can be taken right out just by pulling up around the edges! Go on eBay and search Integra rear wiper plug...thats what I have always done!

Thats not the one w/ the allen screw...thats the one i have now...def not the one i would get! There isnt anymore on there right now...just keep looking until you find the one with the allen screw!

I did this with my 92 integra, I went to honda and got a rear wiper plug for a 93 vx hatchback. it was 17 bucks but well worth it, Fit perfect!!

I never used it once when I had it, so I don't miss it at all.

i used the oem version off of the hatch then I used that to plug my antenna instead with a Ace Hardware rubber washer. Then I put the firewall grommet on the antenna hole. No leaks
