Default omni heigh adj. problems

i followed the instructions with the preloading part by doing the 19mm nut being flushed. when i tightened the spring perch and spring lock everything is fine until i start to turn the shock body in order to adjust the ride height. as i'm turning it clock wise (lowering the height) the 19mm nut moves from being flush to not flush from the piston threading. am i preloading it wrong???

the 19mm nut is moving itself down the thread i dont get what your saying?

loosen the 19mm nut till its flush with the top, tighten the spring perch and lock until the washer hits the 19mm nut. then install coilovers, then adjust.
