I installed my Apexi N1 yesterday and it sounds awesome and I can definately feel the high end power, but the damn thing hangs way too low where the pipe meets the canister and it juts out to the right. My mechanic friend said he could cut the pipe and re-weld it up a little higher so the canister is level. Is this going to hurt the system performance wise? And doesn anyone know if the material on the N1 can be welded, its like a gunmetal porcelain feeling. Thanks.

 

i dont think it would hurt performance. As long as he uses the same diamter piping. Make sure it doesht hit ur LCA's or sway bar.
