Default Quick Release (NRG or Narspec) and Splash Boss hub Questions

Okay here is the deal

I wanted to get Splash Rapfix Quick Release
but it is too damn expensive. So I figure why not get NRG or from Narspec.
Since they seems like replica for the Rapfix from Splash.

the question is about whether I can be able to use this

http://www.inlinefour.com/splasbosstee.html

Since I am pretty short height I can't afford to have steering wheel pop out all the way to my chest. I want to buy that short version of SW hub.

Will it fit with NRG or Narspec (rapfix style) QR?

and
http://www.inlinefour.com/raploccapfor.html
will this lock fit with NRG or Narspec (rapfix style)?

Thanks guys

I have personal expierence w/ the L2 quick release being compatible w/ the splash lock.

Anyone know if any of the splash short hubs will fit an EF?
