Default Alignment problem?

I recently got my Teg back from a body shop because I had gotten into an accident. Everything seems fine about the car but the steering wheel seems a bit, crooked. When I'm going straight on the road the steering wheel is turned slightly to the right, even though the car is going straight and if I try to straighten the wheel, it starts to slowly veer off to the left. Is this an alignment problem or something else? I'm about to call the shop tomorrow to see but wanted to see if you guys knew anything and if there was anyway to fix it.

You either
A: are out of alignment

or B: when the body shop aligned your car they didn't center the wheel. It's a fairly simple procedure in the service manual.
