okay... while i'm driving my car... it'll just shut off on me... and when i try to start it up... sometimes it'll start up again... and shut right back off... or it'll start up again... then i'll drive a bit... then it'll just shut right back off... ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT THE HELL THE PROBLEM IS???

 

Has your car been in to a dealership for the ignition switch recall?

 

no it hasn't... do you think that could be the problem???

 

do you know if you can take it to ANY honda dealership?

 

I had this problem, It would run perfect then out of nowhwere my car just dies and everything else turns off, power steering, etc. I forgot what it was but when I got it fixed it had something to do with the ignition switch or something like that. One day it happened so much that I ended up having to restart the car like 8 times in one day, but it ran for weeks at a time without a problem. It was weird.

 

This sounds like the ignition recall. You can either go into a dealer (any dealer) or call Honda with your VIN number and they will let you know of any recalls in place for your car.

 

Yup, that's the ignition recall issue. Get the dealership to fix it, free of charge.
