Lemme guess..............your motivation for this mod came after you melted your stock headlight wiring harness?

Very nice.

And dont be fooled boys and girls, he does this for a living!

Do you? Actually i thought you were against HID's. Anyway one question, how do you know this is going to work? You should have done a whole HID FAQ with this and your HID retrofit together. Just a thought.

Looks good. Should help out greatly when I do an HID retro, after your How-To of course.

Were all your inline fuses 15A?

The inline fuse from step 1 is a 30 amp fuse.
the other 2 are 15 amp fuses

I know this will work. ive been doing wiring for 3 1/2 years. i know it will work. I am doing a write up as soon as my HID's come in. I am against HID KITS.. I am doing a HID Retro fit... big big difference there. I will have a diagram as well on how to do Bixenon wiring.

So for this part of the harness you need:

1 30A in-line fuse
2 15A in-line fuses
1 Diode
Misc. wires and connectors

That's it?

If I may ask, why did you place a diode in there?

the diode is in there for the flash and pass of the headlight switching circuits quickly. its just some added security. and you forgot the relay on the parts list.
