Default thinking about rebuilding my GS-R motor

when you rebuild a motor, what exaclty do you need to replace.
pistons,cams,cam shaft, gaskets,all new belts/pumps, intake and exhaust manifold, i know theres alot more just dont really know what

i re-did my entire motor
i had a stock b18c1
now has bored to a 2.0 (84mm)
darton sleeves, eagle rods
wiseco pistons
moroso oil pan
itr oil pump

uhm port n polished head
ferrea valves, crowler springs and retianers
ferrea valve locks and guides
and a golden eagle h/g along w/ BRANDY NEW upper and lower end gasket kits for the gsr
AND!!! dont forget the all important oring that goes inthe block on the intake side as well as the oring on the head on the middle cam cap thingie
