Default T25---> T3 fitment question

I have a T-25 manifold which IS A/C compatible. I want to add an adapter plate so that i can use a 60 trim T3 turbo.

My question is: If i add an adapter plate for a T3, would i still be able to keep my A/C? Thanx in advance.

If the plate is an appropriate size, why not?
