i just got my lip kit from ebay. the sides and rear lips for the type r lip kit. anyway, my side are just the shell there arent anyholes or anything and it doesnt line up. it looks like they are supose to go on the outside of my stock sides. does this sound normal in some cases. PLEASE HELP

 

since you bought replicas, that sounds about right. you'll have to screw in the fiberglass side overtop your stock sides. the real oem ones replace the sideskirts i believe. that is one inconvenience of buying replica body parts, the installation isn't as easy

 

its really hard for me to put the sides over the stocks ones thou. its really tight and i dont want to crack the fiberglass
