Just some personal experience with this stuff: If you have or are getting a heavy-duty clutch (anything with an un-sprung disk), do not get a really light flywheel. My 99 Si is rolling with a prolite and an Action 1MD clutch (6-puck, unsprung). It is really difficult to drive everyday. The stark engagement is accentuated by the light flywheel, not to mention all the extra vibration.

Once again, my reccomendation: depending on the app, leave it stock or go with something in a "streetlite" or oem type-r category at most, ESPECIALLY if you have a solid-disk clutch and drive the car on the street regularly.
