Tach sticks
I have a problem with my stock tach sticking at 2000 RPM's at idle(900 rpm) and at 3500 while accelerating, kicking back on line once the vtec jumps in. I just did a swap to a d16z6 with a manual P28 ECU. Dose any body know what's going on.
TRY CHECKING YOUR GEAR SENSOR IN THE TRANNY AND PUT LITHIUMGREASE INSIDE THE CONNECTOR BOX. IT MAY BE A POSSIBILITY
THE CONNECTORS ARE DIRTY. USE CONTACT CLEANER ON TERMINALS THEN APPLY THE LITIUM GREASE.
