Just to clarify, Will the gsr powersteering hose mount up to the rack on the car? In place of the civic hose.

And yes I have searched for it. I kind of found the answer but I'm still not sure.

Not that I don't believe you, but your sure? I talked to another guy and he fabricated his d-series powersteering pump onto a b-series power steering bracket. Why wouldn't he have just bought a b- series powersteering hose?

the why would he use a d series power steering pump on a b series rack? yes the line only goes for the pump... meaning that if you have a d series line you use a d series pump.. visa versa. you only asked if the line would work.. so yes it will.
