yo wats up everyone....heres my problem...

i recently installed itr 5lug on my 00 ek hatch with a +42 offset and my problem is that the wheel will rub the caliper bracket....i thought that i had the wrong bracket, so i swapped it for a true *ITR* caliper bracket...

now on the crappy side...

it still rubs!!! i know of two people that have run itr 5lug on their ek and dc..and havent had problems rubbing..could it be that theyre running a +45 offset? is my +42 offset too close to the caliper brackets??

any help would be appreciated..my problem is very specific and i want a specific answer if anyone has ever encountered the exact problem i am experiencing...

right now it will clear with a 3mm spacer.. maybe a 2mm spacer

 

no one knows??

 

i dunno the problem for myself i try to do 5 lug conversion also on my 00 civic. Got any pointer?

 

IM RyanR... i know he has 15" regamasters on his 5lugged eg civic.

I can tell you that a +45 offset will bring the spokes closer to the caliper than a +42 (if that helps). Mabey you have the +45 & don't know it?

 

I run 16 Kosie's on my 5 lug. +45

 

it is not just offset, but a combination of offset and spoke desgn. are you using 15's or 16's?
