dizzy timing isn't that important, it should start even fully retarded. cam timing is possible.

this sounds stupid but check your spark plug wires. double check that they are in the right spark plug hole. you'd be suprised how easy it is to mix just two of them up and it won't start ever!

also, check your grounds...there are a bunch of 'em and your car won't start either. there is one underneath the vtec solenoid, another down below somewhere near tranny(?), one that goes on the radiator support, and another that goes to your valve cover. there might be more but i don't remember them.

also, your car will start on either set of injectors so that can't be your starting problem. i would still make sure you have the h22 ones in(the one with the blue/green marker dab, not yellow)

Pull your valve cover off and double check all you timing marks.

Check grounds, fire order, etc. as stated before.

Do you have a timing gun?

you should check the wiring at the distributor that none of them are cut cracked or pulled out, if all else fails you can convert your jdm ecu to an external coil , or take the tdc sensor out of the jdm dizzy and swap it in by using a paper clip to pop the pins out of the wiring harness

ah i see, the TDC sensor is the very first sensor right under the rotor in the distributor , might be worth it to take the cap and rotor and have a look see inside,

i threw a TDC code once, when my rotor screw backed out and destoryed the TDC sensor the little cam and the rotor and cap.. gah!
