Default Fixing Rear Lip.

My friend's stock exhaust seem to have melted that particular section(As you can see, I have put a black square-shaped box to represent the area that was damaged, and the red colored inner square represents where it was cracked and broke off) of the rear lip so bad that it began to crack, then as soon as my friend scrapped it it just broke into two pieces. The crack is a perfect line, is there anyway to fix it? it's an OEM rear lip..

Well if that lip is melted AND broke, wouldn't you just want to get a new one and save yourself the hassle? That's what I would do.

agreed, get new one...way to much money to fix and it wont be as strong as it used to be.....get a new one and put a metal plate over that area(or whatever you want)

And see if you can mess with the exhaust hangers to give your muffler a few more mms of clearance...or ditch the huge tip...
