anyone know the redline on a stock b16a ????

 

i use to take my to 8200 no problems

1st-gen JDM B16A redline is 8000 RPM, fuel cut is 8200

2nd-gen JDM B16A redline is 8200 RPM, fuel cut is 8400

USDM B16A3/B16A2 redline is 8000 RPM, fuel cut is 8200

 

Targa has all the same numbers that i have heard, but like he said depends on which gen b16

 

i rev my b16 to 15k all day long on stock springs and retainers, makes great power up there on stock cams all day long

anything past 8.5 and your going to get some seriouse valve float.
