Default !!!turbocharging d16y7 on .42/.48!

hey everyone im about at 80% done gathering parts for my turbo setup on my d16y7 and the turbo im using is a tb03 (t3) .42/.48 and im just looking to see what everyone's opinion at what RPM the turbine will start to produce boost,

hoping to run 10psi tuned on uberdata,

so far ive gathered a

drag manifold
turbonetics evolution WG
streetimports intercooler
t3 outlet flange (coming in mail)
lots of pipes for DP and charge piping
GE sandwich plate for oil source
p06 ecu
obd1 intake manifold with 2wire IACV
mr gasket exhaust cut out
ghetto mechanical pressure gauges

i prolly missed a bunch of stuff also but whatev!

im hoping that ill get the turbo to start spooling up at 3000 rpms and even make little boost, but at what rpm should i expect 10psi! thanks!!!

It'll probably start spooling a little before 3000 and have full boost in the 3500-3800 range.. atleast that's what I expect on my y7/y8 mini me

anyone try running the d16y7 190cc injectors on the tock p06 maps? without remapping for the smaller injector?

i kinda just want to plug it in aand see what it does without my 2 wire iacv coming in the mail

If you run the 240cc map on 190cc injectors you'll run super lean, y7's have 190cc's? You're going to get some DSM injectors or something for boost right?

i hav blu tops 450cc's and i wanted to convert to obd1 to lighten my workload when installing the system, but then i found out about the 2 wire iacv problem! GAHH!!!

i guess when i get the flange i can make the DP then and i can also get the oil line made up for me and drain ( i hav a spare oil pan)

i really want to avoid putting the whole turbo setup on in one day, cause chances are ill endup not being able to drive home LOL

I think I will be using the same turbo on my y7, but the super 60. Will this affect spool time to much? also can that support 300 whp?
