Toda b spec cams vs. skunk2 stage 2 cams

Toda b spec cams vs. skunk2 stage 2 cams
Well its like this my friend and I are competing for the best built type r engine. Hes gonna go with the skunk2 stage 2 cams and I want to go with the toda b specs. But im not sure if the duration on the todas are bigger or the same. Also on the vtec middle lobe what are the duration for the 2 cams. If anyone can help me out I would apreciate it. Thanks

I'm too lazy to look for the thing my bud posted on ef-honda about the difference between all these cams, so here is a link to his car that uses the todas instead.
