I am confused with all of your comments, but why not just get a NRG, they are pretty cheap because I got mine for like $90!!

I've had the Esses / QR brand for over 2 years now and never had a problem, I've sold a whole bunch of others and have never had any problems either.

 

are there any hubs that eliminate the adaptor?

or is that even silly to ask.
