Default Car dies when I push in the clutch

So if I'm coming up to a red light and I push in the clutch and RPM's fall below 1000 the car like dies or runs at like 500 rpm. It might slowly come back up but more often it dies. No codes. It's like the IAC doesn't work. And you know usually when you push in the clutch when your rolling the car stays at like 1200 RPM , it doesn't do that either.

What could it be?

Mine is doin the same thing right now. I've been told to check the IAC sensor, just haven't got around to it.

So I cleaned the Throttle body and the IAC and it fixed it. Took about 20 minutes. Thanks.
