Yeah, that lockpin is sharp.

Any reason you didn't mount the harness to the OEM seatbelt attachment on the seat/seatbelt anchor on the body?

Just asking. I have to do this same thing shortly.

Also, where did you get the backing plates and eye bolts from? Any recommendation? ioport or racerwholesale?

I didn't use the stock one on the left because I didn't like how the stock seatbelt didn't swivel anymore. I'm just picky about little details like that.

I got my harness' and ey-bolts and backing plates at http://www.winecountrymotorports.com they are local and I got some good prices.

 

Why didn't you just wrap the harness around the roll bar?

I did. I did the install on the lap belts. I have a harness bar and that how I have the shoulder harness'.

My bad,

I thought you ran the shoulders over the rollbar and down to the floor!

Don't forget the safety wire for the spring-loaded clasps.
