pffft if you have iServe
all you do is hit that button when making a post
your gallery comes up
click on the image thumbnail that you want to post, and it inserts it in this text edit box with img tags and everything
absolutely no quality loss whatsoever not 1%, bandwidth is hT FAST, no watermarks, and you can post really big or really small images
