help for my mounts
I have the front and rear energy suspension in mine and I'm despertly trying to get them outta there. I have two full mounts ready to put in.
But in my opinion, the inserts are not worth for everyday driving. The engine gets so stiff that everytime you launch, the whole car will shutter and vibrate so badly, you think your riding in a diesel truck. The best bet, and this is what I'm doing, is to just get the full mounts and replace them. In the long run, youll be thankful.
But if this is just for racing or drag purposes, it works just fine.

Even i couldn't stand the vibration with the front and rear instealled- so i just used the rear one and took off my front mount all together.
If vibrations bother you than racing is not for you
Oh, you can also fill the stock mounts up with some urathane.. buy a bottle of that stuff of a glass/winsheild place (anywher eyou can find the good quality stuff)- that **** sticks good - give it a couple days to dry. I see nothing wrong with doing that.. but once it's done you cant reverse it.
