Clutchnet customer service...
My first experience with Clutchnet was not so good. I ordered up a clutch for an eclipse that we installed and the pressure wouldn't fully engage. We couldn't get the car into gear and with the clutch pedal depressed the car would roll when in gear. Needless to say we contacted Clutchnet and they were supposed to send the correct pressure plate next day. They also didn't return our phone calls and the clutch came a week later. What's up with that?
I had my car in the shop today and was supposed to get a clutchnet clutch installed. Apparently they sent the wrong part. I called the company and they are supposed to overnight a new pressure plate to my shop. So, we'll see. I must say Ben was very helpful when I called importparts with my problem and returned my call quickly. The guy at clutchnet seemed to be willing to help after a few calls - I'm just hoping the part comes tomorrow.
it's a small company, that does a lot of "farm" work for other companies. Sometimes you have to put up with some crap for good cheap parts, I guess.
I met up with Igor the clutchnet manager at SEMA... he's a really nice guy. They are small and as VaporTrail mentioned they produce a lot of clutches for other companies.

Dustin, I'll say WE meet him at SEMA, and he was very nice. And as a matter of fact I talked to him yesterday trying to convine him to make a dual plate clutch for the race car. We didnt get a yes or a no, so I dont know what that means. I think its kinda funny tho when you call and the owner of the company answers the phone.
