What sould I do i cant find block for poormans r?

What sould I do i cant find block for poormans r?
I have a couple options:
I have a credit a HMortors for 700..I could get a complete Longblock shipped for 300 more or I could get a complete b16 head so i can build a poormans r. The problem is i cant find a b18c block at all. Can someone help me what sould I do. I want more torque for my em1 project. Could the b16 make more torque with like $450. SOme please help me.

im not very clear on what ur asking here
i understand u have a credit. not sure what longblock ur saying you could get, or why you would need to buy a complete b16 head if you have an em1.
can i get a little bit of depth as to exactly what u would like to know here?

going to be kinda hard to boost it if he only has $400, and not much torque with that amount either. thats like the price for headers or exhaust systems (if not used).

i'm not sure what you're saying. i hope you know what a poormans R is, because you're mixing words in that sentence. just to make it clear...
B18C/C1 (GSR) short block
B16 head
now you already have an EM1, meaning you should have a B16 engine. if you want to make that a poormans R, just use the $700 to buy the B18C longblock. sell the B18C head, and buy internal parts.
maybe you should give a little more info on what you're trying to do. use proper english, so we can understand you.

The hmotors credit, plus 300 purchase me a JDM B16 longblock. The em1 project car was purchased as a theft recovery without a motor. Thus I need one, I was asking your expertise in whether I should send hmotors 300 more and just get a b16 long block, and find a tranny,axles, sift linkage or should I get a Jdm b16 head and then purchase a b18c block. The underlying question is torque and funds? Which of these ideas makes more sense to do? Please give me prices if you have an idea.
