on subject... there are a few differences between the harnesses, nothing major, I did the same swap on my 97 dx and there wasn't anything to extensive, but it still wasn't as easy as I would have liked it to be. You will have to lengthen some wires to make them fit good and not tight. You will have to switch the IACV from a three wire to a two wire connector, and the Crank Flucktuation sensor is also going from a three wire to a two wire. I am sure there is something I am forgetting but hope this helps

so the civic harness has 3 wire IACV and a 3 wire crank sensor? or the other way around.

Correct, the crank sensor by the oil pump, not in the dist.

I believe another difference is the knock sensor.....There is none on a 96 civic, though there is one on LS.

wow. they're really different. the integra harness has totally different plugs going into the car harness. while the EK civic harness has all the plugs on the passenger side of the car, the integra has 3 plugs on the passenger side, one on the drivers side.

most of the sensor plugs to the motor are the same tho

yeah most of the sensors are the same, there is no knock sensor. I would just cut up the integra harness and modify the civic harness like soldering on the integra plugs you need, you only have to change like 3 plugs and the rest are the same. some will need to be lengthened.
