Aftermarket 97+ Headlights?
Is it just me or is it that no one makes aftermarket headlights, kinda gay they make aftermarket projectors for the 92-96, but not our sweet 97+'s... why not us? one other question, whats retrofitted lights?
You can open up your stock headlights and paint them black. Just reseal them properly. THis is assuming you want black headlights. Dont waste your money on headlights, buy something else
Cuz I can't afford retrofitted lights yet, I just put some light colored tint film from a local plastic shop. I just put it on just so it stands out a lil more. Here's how it looks.....http://www.imagestation.com/album/pi...32628739&idx=1
Is posting links against the rules? Cuz the [img] think ain't working with the link so sorry.
Also, the pics are hella dark, its not actually that dark in person. Not even close. It also looks sick when the lights are on and its night...everyone I know loves it, in the day or night. Also makes it look more aggressive than just chrome looking ones. The pics look too dark for reason and so it looks like them mustangs and such that has them dark *** plastic covered headlights...its just the pics are messed up...looks way better in person.
oh, and don't make fun of my oem lip, its not painted yet.

Real easy
1)Put lights in oven about 325degress for about 5 min.
2)Pry apart slowly with flat head screw driver
3)Use phillips head screw driver to take the 2 screws out holding the surround piece
4)Spray paint black or whatever color you want
5)Do everything in reverse except putting them back into the oven
6)Use silicone to glue back together

Just wondering what you used as your shrouds?
Just wondering what you used as your shrouds?
NO. There is no such thing as aftermarket 97-01 Prelude PROJECTOR headlight. $50 is for the shroud that go around the projector. I bought projector from a M3 E46 and put in my OEM headlight housing, get it? It is real HID, using D2S bulb, not cheap white bulb. You can't find it anywhere for $50. It cost me nearly $500 for everything.
