Default Energy bushings how to questions

I put Energy poly bushings into some lca's this past weekend on a buddy's hatch and that was easy considering we didn't have any to remove. SOOO, when time comes that I do it on my 99SI how should I go about getting the existing bushings out? Bearing press? If all else fails take a torch to them and melt them?

Also I plan to get the complete car kit "hyperflex".........anything troublesome I should watch for on the install? I've only done lca's before and nothing else and well I understand how the poly bushings help but as far as bushings installing and how in other places on the car I may not.......make sense? )........thanks!

I carried my control arms to an alighnment , front end shop and they charged me like :60.00 bucks to press em' out. IMO its the way to go! because getting the new ones in is a peice of cake, just go buy the bolt and washer that the instructions list. And make shure to order the rear trailing arm bushings , they are seperate. good luck.

If you've done the LCA's then Id say everything else shouldnt be difficult. I have a friend with a press so it was a piece of cake. The worst thing would be some seized bolts. Good luck!

the easiest way to do it without a press is to torch out the rubber, and cut out the outer sleeve with a dremel and a metal cutting bit.
