valve cover
recently i decreased my engine bay and the valve cover looks dried out, like fading color. I was wondering if there is any stuff i could use to get the valve cover to have that brand new shiny oil look. i dont want to repaint it.
i know this post is suppose to be in appearance but i doubt anyone goes there anyways.

your wasting your money on gay rice ****, anyway I had one done for 50 bucks. You should consider just rockin it with no coating on it at all I think it looks the cleanist that way besides stock.

You could spend hella hours on it polishing it like I did. Looks clean as hell but damn its impossible to keep it clean. Practically have to carry the mothers and a terry cloth with me at all times.
Just powder coat it for $50 or strip it down. Looks good stripped too. All you gotta do is put some aircraft stripper on it. Too bad you can't buy the good stuff anymore.

b series valve covers never had a "shiny oil look." they've always been a flat, wrinkle finish.

Hmm... perhaps I will try that
I just didn't know if i could trust the spray paint because I didn't know the limits of high-temp paint.
Thanks
