Well i finally got the money from the girl who backed into me at a friends house ... and well to be honest it worked out in my advantage.
I installed the brand new 98+ bumper, new 98+ headlights(upgraded bulbs), new amber corners and a type r lip
The install took a little over 3 hours with all neccissary tools and hardware... alighning the headlights was the toughest part... I just pulled my car out to my driveway and turned on the new headlights with the bolts not all the way tightened so i could barley adjust them without them falling totally out of place. The lights shined on my garage door and i adjusted them according so. They worked out great. Now i just need to take the car to get painted .... shave the moldings and the trunk key hole
Do you guys think im goiung to have to take the bumper off again for them to paint it??? It looks vewry difficult to spray around the front bumper holes by the headlights ....
Pics will be up later when its done. I love the new type r front end and lastly i will throw on my jdm sidemarkers

old bumper
... a Greddy employee at his best haha

backing out of my driveway just got that much harder

with the new rims and tires

Hey man just curious: What happened to the original front? Looks fine to me. Also how are you getting enough money from her to get a a 98+ conversion+ a full body respray? Thats alot of dough. Good luck though, your car will look nice.

heh well I rocked the black front end, including both fenders, for over 6 months!
And no respectable body shop would paint bumpers while still on the car.
When painting a car, take off as much stuff as you can. It would be best to take off the whole front clip including both fenders and hood and paint each part separately, and mask off the entire front end while the rest of the car is being painted. Remove the mirrors, rear bumper, remove all exterior lights. Might as well go ahead and remove that rear metal strip below the taillights, and mask off the whole lower part of the car below the hatch lid.
Also be sure to have the lip painted separately from the bumper (duh).
