UPDATED:
got the egr hooked up properly, i think, the cooling system is bled, for the most part, the iacv has been swapped out with another, it was off of an engine i had laying around, so it still may be the culprit, it isnt the fuel pump because fuel pressure isnt lost, i dont think it is ignition because the tach doesnt fall off as it stalls, i believe it is still air related as in the iacv, the car just stalls like you took the key out of the ignition. as i stated before, we are the 5th shop to work on this car and the engine has been rebuilt by another shop.
it seems as if right before the cooling fans come on, it wants to stall. is it possible that the fans put enough of a load on it to cause it to stall? i mean it is like someone takes the key out of the ignition. it just shuts off. no spool down or anything like that. it is like a t-timer, but it doesnt have one. well i cant see one. ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED.
Thanks In Advance.

i assume this is running off the greddy stand alone for engine management?
Have you checked for major vac leaks or anything of that nature? hmmm this is an odd one.

it just has the blue box, there are no open vacuum lines, i am assuming all the lines are hooked up correctly, but like i said we are the 9th or 10th shop to mess with this car. but thanks for thinking. there are no major vacuum leaks.
Just throwing out the first things I would/could think of.
The greddy kits I've seen come with injectors---Make sure the connection for those injectors are nice & secure.
Was it a used kit? If so, the injectors may be very dirty.
Fuel pressure ok?
Fuel rail ok?
Check your distributor & ignition wire onnections.
Have you tried restarting the car right after it dies? What happens?

EDITED BUMP and answered above questions:
The greddy kits I've seen come with injectors---Make sure the connection for those injectors are nice & secure. DONE
Was it a used kit? GREDDY KIT
If so, the injectors may be very dirty. for the most part they are clean visually inspected.
Fuel pressure ok? 48 at idle. it came in that way and i didnt want to change it.
Fuel rail ok? stock rail. was no reason to remove it.
Check your distributor & ignition wire onnections.
Have you tried restarting the car right after it dies? What happens? Car starts up and idles fine again. then about 5 mins of idling it stalls again. but doesnt stall in road test. only when sitting at idle.
