intake-15hp
exhaust-20-25 hp

LOL honestly im sick of these kinda posts. I mean we all started somewhere but come on. If your at all serious about cars, you have a huge reference of anything at your fingertips(ht.com). Im not tryin to be an ***, but this topic has been beat to death, and is pretty much common sense. when starting to modify your car, stay away from "lego building" and think of it as a package. If you want to be fast, the goal is to peice together a system that fits your needs and goals to get the highest power/dollar ratio. Please just dont start throwing random *** parts on your car cuz you wont be at all faster than you were before and you will realize that your a dumbass and wasted your money on stupid ****. Sooo basically SEARCH NOOB

he is not being cocky. You have to use the search feature because if you ask too many newbie questions it is going to get annoying.

To answer you question an intake and a catback exhaust wont do **** for power because the header and the catalytic converter is still blocking the exhaust system.

there is no answer....
different brands give different gains on different setups/motors.

but in a attempt to answer your question without giving numbers: don't expect anything spectacular, if any...

but i'm sure a quick search would get you a better answer.

You can expect a nice increase in sound, and some bling factor.

dont forget tuning. just because you add something on, doesnt mean you are going to gain from it. proper tuning will give you what you need. But i definately agree with some of the above post about lego building.(not a good idea)

word hes like the cockymaster

honestly...in the creators defense...its not his fault hes asking what his gains will be.....copmanies claim horsepower gains on descriptions of their products and in all logic thought.....thinking of spending like 1200 on a nice i/h/e setup...should yield some nice goals....in my experience...i gained 9.2 from hks hi power, comptech 4-2-1, injen sri....but thats just me and it was a shitty dyno on a really hot day outside

stop the hating

very minimal gains for hp numbers on intake and exhaust..
all intakes work basically the same.. colder, denser air is better for combustion chambers.. so your gain there will be maybe 2-3hp.
your exhaust on the other hand.. dont throw on a bangup exhaust in attempt for good sound.. if you plan on building up your internals or putting some high compression with a set of hotter camshafts, as well as more fuel.. then in the end.. an exhaust will be worth it because it will let a signifcant amount of exhaust gases out compared to a stock system.. BUT, most likely expect to even lose power at first down low due to your loss of back pressure.. and for the record, if youre going to get an exhaust, buy a thermal
