CW is like an off-white in certain light. It does not look "pearly" at all. It looks kind of like an egg-colored-white.
BTW do a search next time douche-bag. Theres an entire thread of 6 pages of JUST CW ITRs...

Good example (from in that thread), its definately not a pearly looking white...

champ white has no pearl in it at all
its an off white egg shell white
if you want pearl look at white diamond pearl off the newer preludes
or like said above excade or lexus white
or just look at a paint swab book and pic one out that you like
there are many different kinds of pearls, different colors different mixes will give different looks

Good Luck</TD></TR></TABLE>
That would be a great way to ruin the color. Might as well add some 19" giovanni rims to match the color

nope, just painted my car true championshp white. No pearls whatsoever. if you want championship white don't add in pearls to it. if you want a pearl white then do what they said and go with the cadallac color which is called Diamond White.

There may be a touch of pearl in CW. You can add pearl into any color you want. It is not hard. Whoever is painting your car should know this and should not have any trouble. You can add it to the base coat or do a seperate pearl mid coat. There are also many different colors of pearls, not just white.
nice nice..thanks guys i really appreciate..looks like diamond white is the color i will be getting on the 12 second EG b20 vtec monster
i will post pics when its all done up
and for the guy that called me a douche bag..how about you stop wasting space on this forum and get a life..if youre not going to help..then dont post anything at all..

i cant believe it took so long for someone to say this. yea u can add pearl to your base. i suggest doing a multi layered base, then mixing in a silver flake into the last coat. then do a layer of clear mixed with an even smaller silver flake. then clear clear clear. the contrast in size of the flakes in the stages gvie the paint a cool depth
